We ensure the preservation of aromas and presentations in glossy and fully matte finishes and registration, for all types of packaging and presentation sizes.
We have proprietary technology for producing Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BAP) and CAST films, which has allowed us to develop the best packaging for pasta and noodles, offering excellent presentation, high transparency, puncture resistance, and superior machine performance.
In the Snacks and Consumer Goods line, Sigmaplast has acquired extensive experience, producing materials with high packaging speed, high print quality, and excellent machinability.
Just like with snacks, we guarantee the best packaging speeds and excellent sealing properties, which, due to their characteristics, work very well on high-speed horizontal machines.
We offer barrier films ranging from very high to medium, depending on the needs of each product and customer.
We perfectly adapt to all our customers' needs in terms of economy and quality, offering different types of packaging for semi-finished or natural products, in easy-to-open containers with zipper or Velcro seals.
Our portfolio includes a range of low-temperature, high-tightness products exclusively for use in packaging ice cream and products requiring refrigeration, with the option of using antifog additives for improved appearance.
For products packaged in dehydrated powder, such as milk, cocoa, or dietary supplements, we design bi- or tri-laminate packaging that guarantees a hermetic seal over contaminated areas, offering reliable airtightness and ensuring product durability and quality.
We offer a wide range of materials for primary and secondary packaging of candies and sweets. These range from Twist materials with excellent and long-lasting torsion in transparent and metallic appearances to highly resistant and durable packaging. We also develop materials to achieve the highest packaging speeds on high-tech, high-speed pillow-pack machines.
We offer bi- and tri-laminate packaging that withstands the packaged product and ensures its shelf life, while also avoiding any possible interaction between the packaging and the product.

PERSONAL CARE
We produce single-layer and double-laminated labels that offer optimal machine performance and high labeling speeds. We also offer full-body and half-body shrink-wrap packaging, using either PETG or PVC. Our client portfolio includes the world's leading beverage producers.
We offer polyester-printed packaging that provides excellent gloss, as well as packaging printed directly onto aluminum and polyethylene, essential for pharmaceuticals requiring extreme packaging. We produce packaging for products such as granulated medications or pill packaging.
We interact directly with our clients to specifically target the ideal packaging material for the type of product being packaged. By knowing certain product composition data such as pH, moisture content, type of flavoring used, among others, we can create the best packaging alternative on the market for durability and quality.
